NANCY K. HEDRICK
President & CEO

Nancy Hedrick was an original founder of CSI and has served as President of the company since its inception in 1989.  In January 2005, Hedrick assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer and began serving as a member of the Board of Directors. 

BEVERLY N. HAWKINS
Senior VP of  Software Development, Implementation & Support 

Beverly Hawkins was an original founder of CSI and served as Vice-President  for a ten year period beginning in February 1989 and ending February 1999.  At that time, she became Vice President of Support Services.  Hawkins currently serves as Sr. VP Software Development, Implementation & Support and Secretary to the Board.

THOMAS P. CLINTON
Senior VP of Strategic Relationships

Tom Clinton has served as Vice President of Sales since February, 1999 and continues in that capacity.  On January 31, 2005 , he also assumed the role of Director on the company's board.

WILLIAM J. BUCHANAN
Senior VP of Technical Delivery & Support

Bill Buchanan currently serves as the Vice President of Delivery and Support for CSI.  Previously, he served as Vice President of Engineering from January, 1999 to February, 2005. 

DAVID DECHANT
CFO

David Dechant currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer.  Previously, Dechant was employed as the CFO of NTM, Inc, as well as serving as a consultant to Bowater, Incorporated.
