ANTHONY SOBEL

SHAYA PHILLIPS

Shaya Phillips has served as a director since January 31, 2005. From March 2002-present, Mr. Phillips has been the Assistant Vice President of IT at the Fashion Institute of Technology of the State University of New York. Previously, Mr. Phillips was a consultant for CSSP, an unincorporated association which was engaged in the business of network consulting. From January to November 2001, Mr. Phillips was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer of Global Broadband, Inc. a telecommunications company. From March 1998 to January 2001, Mr. Phillips was the Director of Enterprise Technology for St. Johns University. Mr. Phillips is chairman of the board’s compensation committee and a member of its audit committee.
JEFFERY A. BRYSON
Director
Jeff Bryson, a business consultant in Greenville, SC, has served as a director since June 22, 2006. Mr. Bryson served as Executive Vice President of Administration of Scansource, Inc., a technology distribution company in Greenville, SC until 2006, and had previously served as CFO of Scansource, Inc. from 1993 until July 2002. Prior to joining Scansource, Inc., Mr. Bryson was employed for more than seven years at KPMG LLP. Mr. Bryson is the chairman of the board's audit committee and a member of its compensation committee.
NANCY K. HEDRICK
Director, President and CEO
Nancy Hedrick has served as a director and President and Chief Executive Officer since January 31, 2005. Prior to the merger, Ms. Hedrick held the position of President of CSI-South Carolina for sixteen years, and continues in that capacity with CSI.
THOMAS P. CLINTON
Director, Sr. VP of Strategic Relationships
Tom Clinton has served as a director since January 31, 2005 and as Senior Vice President of Strategic Relationships since November 2006. Previously, Mr. Clinton served as Vice President of Sales for CSI-South Carolina for six years.
