Easley, SC: April 26, 2011 – The City of Leesville, Louisiana, has chosen CSI to provide financial management software. In addition to providing accounting and utility billing software, the City has chosen to implement CSI’s online bill payment system for citizens, eGovernment, as well as CSI’s application delivery solution, DeliveryPoint.
