Easley, SC: March 23, 2009 — Computer Software Innovations, Inc (CSWI.OB) held six annual user group meetings across the Southeast during the months of February and March. The user groups focused on the company’s ongoing commitment to open communication with its customers. Burt Lancaster, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, explained the meetings’ importance: “We value the relationships that we have with our clients and love having the opportunity to meet with them at the user group meetings. These meetings consistently prove to be of great value to our clients and to us as a company.”

CSI encouraged interaction between its customers through the addition of module-specific roundtable discussions. These proved to be very beneficial, as customers were able to share their knowledge and advice with other members of the CSI family. Sheryl Swinson from the Town of Burgaw (NC) echoed the opinions of many of the attendees. “I liked the roundtable approach. You learn a lot from listening to other people’s experiences.” CSI also found great benefit in the new format. “The new roundtable discussions provide us with a thorough understanding of the client’s needs and expectations from the software that we produce,” said Lancaster.

This year’s user groups also demonstrated how ongoing communication can benefit both CSI's customers and the company. Discussions from previous user groups and other meetings have helped shape many of CSI’s newest products and services. During this year’s sessions, CSI was able to showcase many of the product offerings that its customers helped initiate and design.  With more events scheduled for the future, the company is looking forward to more customer discussions to help drive the development of other useful products and services.
